Total for event: $400.00 minimum
Staffing
Time spent at an event is approximately 1 hour for set up and up
to 2 hours to serve guests. Written consent of client or client’s
coordinator must be given prior to extended time and/or additional
portions. If time exceeds the 2 hour serve time, an additional charge
of $50.00 per hour or portion thereof will be charged post-event.
Additional servings, if available, will be charged on a per portion
basis post event.
Reservations and Deposits
Booking is based upon availability. The total fee for the event
is due at the time of booking to secure the date. A minimum of $400.00
is required for each catered event. If the event is cancelled 48
hours prior to the event, a refund will be given, less a 10% cancellation
fee. If the event is cancelled with less than 48 hours advance notice,
a refund will be given, less a 50% cancellation fee.
